This New Year, don’t bother with the usual list of resolutions that get posted on the fridge door, only to be ignored and forgotten. Try as you may, the chances of sticking with Kanye West’s workout plan all year long are slim and the effort to become more organized and less stressed seems to fly out the window long before Tax Day.
