Alpha Chi Omega Nashville Alumnae
Looking forward to an exciting 2010!

Dear Nashville alumnae,

I'm not a big believer in resolutions but always make an exception when it comes to making time for myself and meeting new people - and that means taking full advantage of having this wonderful network of women right here in town!

We have lots of exciting things planned for this spring and would love to see some new faces at the events - I know it can be intimidating to show up if you've never met anyone attending, but I promise you'll have fun and want to come back for more.

This is also convention year and so we're ramping up to send local representatives to Washington, D.C. in July. Additionally, we're looking for ways to get more involved with the YWCA women's shelter and domestic violence initiatives in our community, knowing our group is ready and willing to help out wherever possible!

It's a great time to get involved with Alpha Chi Omega, no matter if you graduated in the past year or past decades.  I would love to hear from you about your ideas or questions about the chapter as we continue to grow!

Loyally,
Anne Bracken McGraw

YWCA Women's Shelter support
Do you or someone in your family travel often? Make a resolution this year to collect unopened hotel shampoo and conditioner bottles and soaps to donate to the women's shelter.  Our chapter does an annual drive for the shelter in December and you can bring your collected goods at that time, or coordinate with Anne McGraw to make a mid-year drop-off whenever you'd like.  They are always in need of supplies and this is an easy way to help your community and women in need!
