Alpha Chi Omega Nashville Alumnae
Time to give back!

As many of you know Headquarters has provided us with many opportunities to get involved on a variety of levels within the organization nationally and locally. Currently, the Province Officer Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for province officers for the 2010-12 term. I encourage all of you to visit the following link on Alpha Chi Omega’s web site,  http://www.alphachiomega.org/index.aspx?id=39, to learn more about the province officer opportunities.  Alpha Chi Omega’s continued success requires our participation so I invite you to participate in the Sisterhood that has woven so beautifully in many lives. I encourage you to look at the talents and gifts you have and see if this is the perfect fit for you. If you are willing to serve, please contact me and I would be more than happy to nominate you to the Province Officer Nominating Committee.  If this opportunity isn’t for you please consider a sister who you think might be better suited for the role and nominate her. We do not currently have any nominations for our region (Kentucky & Tennessee).

If you have any questions about the province officer election process or the province officer roles, please contact either Barbara Eaton, Province Officer Nominating Committee Chair at Barbara.A.Eaton@gmail.com or Megan Houghton, Assistant Director of Lifetime Engagement, at mhoughton@alphachiomega.org or 317-579-5050, ext. 226.

Take a moment to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and visualize all of the wonderful memories you have had as an Alpha Chi Omega since Bid Day.  What is it that you would like to continue to accomplish in Alpha Chi Omega? What role would you like to play in its legacy?

Loyally,
Anne McGraw
Eta Theta Eta President

Founder's Day Challenge!
In celebration of Alpha Chi Omega’s 124th anniversary, the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation invites you to honor our Founders and support opportunities for friendship, leadership, learning and service by making a gift of at least $7 (one dollar for each Founder) to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation. Your gifts will go toward leadership and educational programming, domestic violence awareness and prevention, and other activities that promote the values and traditions of Alpha Chi Omega.

It’s so easy! We are passing around the sign-up sheet, gift information forms and an envelope to collect your information and gifts at our Founder's Day Celebration THIS SUNDAY.  Please email Christian if you did not receive the evite.

If you are not able to attend the event, you may also make your gift on Alpha Chi Omega’s web site: www.alphachiomega.org. Please indicate your gift is for the Founders’ Day Challenge. Be sure to note which chapter should receive credit for your gift, too. (Check the “Other” box in Step Two and type in Founders’ Day and your chapter name = Eta Theta Eta.)  Thank you for your participation! You are truly Real Women Making a Real Difference!
