You will notice that I have not changed my logo or branding. I have however upgraded my website to a new version that has a few enhancements and advantages over my old site. The functionality is similar to my old site – so you should not find it difficult to navigate. I have busily been transferring over data and updating the galleries etc. Head on over and check it out!
There are many benefits for me in being a member of the organisation, such as: being able to attend professional development workshops, networking with other photographers, as well as being able to enter various photographic competitions that are run.
So this was great news for me to receive this month.
Session Availability
Just thought I would remind people that I am generally available for sessions: Thursdays, Some Fridays and Saturdays.
Sundays can possibly be arranged, however my availability on Sundays is quite limited due to family commitments.
The calendar on my website is regularly updated, so that you can get an idea of when sessions are booked and other dates that I am not available. This will give you somewhere to start when suggesting possible dates for a photo session.
Having a young family - I am only taking on a certain number of sessions a month - so I would encourage people to book in for their session at least 4 weeks in advance where ever possible.
ACOCP Fundraiser
In March, our ACOCP (Australian Community of Child Photographers ) President is going to jump out of a plane and skydive (and she has a massive fear of heights) !

The ACOCP is a volunteer organisation of child photographers (of which I am a member) from all over Australia who have come together to form an organisation dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families that have experienced stillbirths, premature and ill infants and children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units of their local hospitals, as well as children with serious and terminal illnesses.
