Have you ever put a puzzle together? The process of putting together a puzzle can be a fun, yet sometimes frustrating endeavor. I enjoy working on puzzles and have been working on a particular puzzle for quite some time. At first glance, I thought it would be easy and would have it done in no time. That was about a month ago, and it is still is pieces. The challenge I am having is with the pieces that do not have an image on them. These are the pieces that once connected create an image of the sky, water, white background, etc. The other day, as I took each piece in hand to seek out its mate, I began to piece together the similarities of life being a puzzle.

In life, there are times when life seems to fit together in perfect unison. Each piece fitting perfectly together, creating the image you imagined and desired to have in your life. Then there are the times, when you find pieces that appear to be blank and do not fit together. You are unclear as to what you want in life and find yourself frustrated because the pieces just don't fit. How can you put the pieces together if you don't know what the pieces are? If you don't know what you want, how are you going to get it?

The first step is discovering what you want. Each piece is a blank canvas waiting for you to name it so it can take shape. As you begin to get clear on what you want in life, the image becomes clear. You begin to place each piece in perfect unison, until voila, the last piece has been placed and what you desired has now come to fruition.

The puzzle of life takes on many shapes and forms. You have the ability to design and place each piece. Enjoy the process and take it one piece at a time.

Consciously Creating a Wonderful World!


The Consciously Creating a Wonderful World campaign was inspired by the recent events in Haiti. It's mission is to create community, compassion and understanding in our wonderful world and falls in line with the belief we are all one with one another and the planet. How we do that involves mind, body and spirit.

With our minds we create our lives, we decide what we believe and who and what we want to support. With our bodies we volunteer or do what we can to be responsible custodians of the earth. With our Spirit, we acknowledge our oneness and send love, light and blessings to those in need through our prayers and intentions. Whether you give money, time, prayers or even a smile to another human being, it validates the one reality and in turn validates you, because you always get what you give. It is a universal law and it is powerful.

At Consciously Creating with Laura and Kelly, we have dubbed Tuesday, as Give Back with Gratitude Tuesday's. My co-host, Kelly Whetstone and myself has pledged to donate 10% of our Tuesday earnings on 12Angel and 12Listen to the the non-profit organization we highlight for the month. This month we are highlighting Freedom Service Dogs, an organization that rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs for the disabled.
