Core Gallery is opening its doors, inviting its guests to an exclusive opportunity to see Cor Blimey artists in their studios to witness first-hand the creative spaces where the latest contemporary art is produced. We produce a wide variety of artworks

Foyer of Core Gallery
An drawing experiment installation inspired by Deptford containing portraits of the community, 3D drawn objects, adorned with individually crafted identity 'wallpaper' pieces.
'The Museum of Still Life was created by over 70 participants from local artists, schools& community groups run by artists from Cor Blimey Arts, Creekside Artists, Utrophia and the Old Police Station studio- all art spaces near to Core Gallery.

The Gallery Plot Project for Deptford X in APT's Sculpture Yard supported by Deptford Art Map .
The installation is a sensory environment that appeals to sound and touch and is created by an everyday object in multiple.
In 'Can' lines of cans act as threads creating a wall of fabric that hangs off a circular
architectural structure. Gaps between the rows of cans allow light to filter through where it bounces off the shiny surfaces, and
shadows are created on the floor. Can is an environment which is distinctly separate from the busy streets and daylight
of the surrounds- a separate calming space; and when you emerge, the contrast brings you back
to the here and now of daily life.
