These first days of school are going to be crazy fun, but we need your help.  If you can  donate any amount of time during the first week of school we really need you!! 

Back to School Coffees are the first two days of school.  During these times, we need parents handing out the students' schedules.  You can also enjoy coffee and a little breakfast goodie.

Needed 6-8 folks on Sept. 7th from 9- 10:00 a.m.
Needed 8-10 folks on Sept. 8th from 9-10:00 a.m.

Just as a reminder, the Back to School BBQ is on Friday Sept. 10th in the evening.  Of course it generally takes a good 50 volunteers to man the different areas during the event and we are still short about 1/2 the volunteers.  If you can work an hour- send us a note.

CREW
The CREW activities take place during the first three days of school as well and volunteers are being asked to donate time there as well.  We respect your time, and want these events to be rewarding for all.  Help where you can and enjoy yourself!!

--We need some volunteers to provide lunch for our guest speakers at noon on Friday. September 10. We'll have about 25 (hopefully) guests who will be leading workshops all day with our CREW teams.
 
--We need 3-4 greeters on that September 10, as well to set up a table in the entry and assist our guest speakers in finding the classrooms where they will be presenting. 
 
--We need any and all volunteers to help run some fun team-building activities (similar to field day only not as involved) at various times on the 8th, 9th and 10th. The specific schedule is still being determined. I should have that nailed down by tomorrow. We will provide the game directions and equipment -- they just need to lead the CREW team through it.
 
--If you have anyone who is "crafty" (in more ways than one!) and would be interested in putting together thank-you gift bags for our guest speakers, that would be awesome. We have no idea what those could be, but we figured a couple of creative and resourceful parents might come up with something good.
