Frames to Keep On Track

Chef Zubin D'Souza is well known to all of us in Hong Kong who, for many years, enjoyed his spirit, humour, love of food, and famous captivating writing style.
His previous books, 'Veda' and more recently 'Khana Sutra, An Aphrodisiac Cookbook' (all available on Amazon) have been a hit (if you have not read them yet, do so, you'll not only learn delicious recipes, but you'll also travel through the colourful regions of India).

Tai Chi & Kung Fu Master Class
Wan Sifu will soon start Tai Chi Master Classes (3 hours on either Saturdays or Sundays). The classes will take place at the studio near the Western Market on HK Island.
Wan Sifu also gives f.ree seminars on Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu, as well as Health and Wellness based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
