Autodesk Inventor Customers Top "Designs That Will Change the World" Awards
Autodesk® Inventor® software users Cochlear Ltd. and Grail Engine Technologies received first- and second-place awards in the 2009 Desktop Engineering “Change the World Challenge” in December.
February “Inventor of the Month” Cochlear earned the prestigious first place in the Design category. Autodesk Acquires Dynamite VSP and Dynamite SIM Visualization Software Products
This week, Autodesk completed the acquisition of Dynamite VSP and Dynamite SIM software products and related assets from 3AM Solutions, a UK-based technology company that develops visualization software for civil infrastructure.
Dynamite VSP and Dynamite SIM technology offer simpler and more efficient ways to bring AutoCAD® Civil 3D® software data into Autodesk® 3ds Max® Design software. It also refreshes visualizations when upstream design data changes occur. This simplifies the process of creating visualizations so that civil engineers can more easily include visualization as part of the design process — even without detailed knowledge of 3ds Max Design software.
