Gadgets Galore!
We have tons of new kitchen items from Trudeau® and a new shipment of gorgeous asian-inspired dishes from Fuji®. Now that spring is here, many of us are returning to the outdoors to grill, so make sure to stop by to stock up on chili powders, meat rubs, and all of the spices for your chef at home!
This month's recipe:
Maggie's Cucumber & Bean Salad
1 English hothouse cucumber, halved lengthwise and finely sliced
1 can large butter beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. diced red and yellow bell pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. Spice Merchant Dill'icious Dill Dip Mix
1 tsp. black pepper, café grind
Combine cucumber slices and butter beans in a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk to blend.
Pour dressing over beans and cucumber slices, stir gently to blend.
Allow to chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 4-6.
