Join us for the opening of two dynamic exhibitions that highlight the rigorous creativity of two unique artists, influenced by the natural world and aspects of power and beauty. The artists will be in attendance.
Supernatural Conductor is Atlanta artist Shana Robbins's largest exhibition to date, bringing together her work in various media that examines natural phenomena, cycles of life and death, beauty and transformation. Robbins is presenting a special opening night performance that you will not want to miss! We can't tell you what happens, just trust us. It starts promptly at 8:30 pm.
With Feminine Space, Amy Myers exhibits two large-scale and labor-intensive drawings that combine elements from the worlds of physics, horticulture, science fiction, anatomy, and architecture. You will be overwhelmed standing in front of her mural-sized work, imagining the time and focus necessary to make such complex drawings.
Shana Robbins's performance sponsored by the Women's Caucus for Art of Georgia.
