The idea of a flexible schedule and freedom from the demands of holding traditional
employment on family life has lured many moms into home-based business
ownership. However, as many mom entrepreneurs begin to experience the demands
and time-commitments of owning a business, they find themselves fighting an old
familiar battle: work, against time with loved ones. For moms to find success in
business ownership without having to defeat the purpose of leaving full time
employment, they must implement a practical and effective time management system.
The first seminar in our series of quarterly workshops for the year 2009, features

been developed by MBA member Cheryl Protzeller.
Cheryl Protzeller is the founder of two home-based Corporations, specialist consultant
for the Small Business Development Center, Board Member of her son’s PTA, lead of
the North County MBA Chapter, Committee Chair for the Vista Chamber of Commerce
HR Roundtable, mother, stepmother, and wife of a Retired US Marine Officer.
