Care Net is the largest network of pregnancy centers in North America, currently supporting a network of more than 1,190 centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. They provide free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, abortion information, parenting classes, and material assistance to women facing unplanned pregnancies.

Their 2010 National Pregnancy Center Conference takes place this September in Grapevine, TX. It is designed to equip and encourage pregnancy center directors, staff, volunteers, and board members.
I would like to put one of Abort73's new booklets (You Care About Me, Right?) into the hands of everyone in attendance. We can do that by becoming an event sponsor. As a Silver Sponsor, we would be listed on the Care Net website and conference guide and most importantly, we would be able to add a booklet to the conference bag of everyone in attendance. The cost of being a Silver Sponsor is $1,000, plus the cost to print and ship 900 booklets (roughly $220).

Our sponsorship request has already been approved. They've signed off on the booklet. Now it's just a matter of raising the money. This $1,220 is not part of our 2010 budget, but I don't want that to be a deal-breaker. In my mind, this is a small price to pay for the opportunity to put this booklet in the hands of so many Pregnancy Care Center decision makers. As I said in the last update, my fervent hope and prayer is to make this booklet a counseling staple in pregnancy centers around the country. Not only does it have huge potential to sway abortion-vulnerable women in it's own right, but it also serves as an invaluable pointer to Abort73.com. The reprinted books are now in stock and are ready for their close-up. The challenge is to make large numbers of Pregnancy Care Center directors aware of their existence, and this sponsorship opportunity answers that challenge.
