This week Fresh and Easy is offering a Zinfandel , a sparkling wine, and a Primitivo (which is similar to a Zinfandel).

I did not like this wine. I found it sharp and astringent, and after half an hour in the glass, the wine actually tasted flabbier and more alcoholic

Pongrácz NV Brut ~$10 down from ~$15
This sparkling wine was on sale last week as well. It has some decent depth. This is not a sweet sparkler like Ogio’s Prosecco. It’s a dry wine that features prominent grapefruit and lime on the palate.
I gave it a 11/15 value score at the $15 price point. At $5 off, this is certainly a good time to try it out if you are a sparkling wine fan.

Ogio Primitivo ~$4 down from ~$5
This is on sale for the third week in a row. It's on my list of best values.
This was already a good deal at ~$5. I gave it a 13/15 value score. The Primitivo grape is a Zinfandel clone, but this is not a brawny Cali Zinfandel. It is a nice Italian quaffer that would be a good match with grilled meats, stews, etc.
