Do any of these admonishments sound familiar? Even if you’ve stopped dieting and started listening to your body, those old diet rules can creep into your consciousness and cause lots of fear and guilt about food. Breaking away from dieting rules is an important part of being able to really hear what our bodies are telling us when it comes to food. This week, write down all of your old dieting rules (the more conflicting the better!), and then intentionally let go of the rules that no longer serve you. Learn specific ways to rid yourself of old diet rules with this week’s Soul Food post.
