If you tell your body how bad the food is and how bad you are for eating it, do you really think that it will want to digest it fully and absorb its nutrients? Banish negative thoughts and think positive ones about you, your body and your food. Even if you feel silly or think this idea is a little out there, give it a shot this week and see how it goes. Now, learn about the reenergizing effects of the National Wellness Conference and how you can apply its lessons to your life!
