Popo Café Petl Music Club, Prague
For a (literally) underground music experience, descend into this cave-like club. "Sometimes there are live bands, sometimes there are dance parties. Sometimes it's just a guy standing at the computer throwing on Michael Jackson after the Macarena after Eurotrash Techno music," says Lalapelosa.

This Southern spot has played a part in making bands like REM household names. Fredrick says that its impact on local and unknown bands is huge and "the 40 Watt has remained a staple, not just in Athens, but rather in American music altogether."
