8th Annual Knoxville Dragon Boat Festival at The Cove Concord Park. Besides 64 teams racing on the water, there's music, cultural entertainment and kid's activities.
Build a Monster Truck at Lowe's Build and Grow Clinic. Remember to register online in advance.
Larry Gets Lost in New York City at Barnes and Noble Jr Storytime. Follow Larry the Dog's adventures as he roams around NYC.
Magician Scott Humston performs at Blount County Library.
Sunday June 27th
Kuumba Festival is at Market Square on Friday and at Chilhowee Park on both Saturday and Sunday this year. Enjoy Free Spirit Stilt Walkers, a parade, the Kuumba Dance and Drum company and a live concert and lots more. Plus, visit the Knoxville Zoo's Petting Zoo (at the Children's World Village) from 3-5p.m on the Sunday!
Make a camping photo frame at Bass Pro Shop this week.
Tuesday June 29th
Eco-Awareness at Knoxville Center's Family Night Crafts, activities, goodies and lots of useful info! Plus, don't forget kids eat free with a paying adult at Chick-fil-A at Knoxville Center Mall.
Wednesday June 30th
Summer Fun Wednesdays at AC Moore every week through August. Kids' Make and Takes include a Silly Bandz holder, yarn striped pencil, bottle cap bonanza, make your own button, etc.
Thursday July 1st
Not So Silly Worms is the theme for this week's Books and Blooms at UT Gardens.
