Update on the Spring Market

Well the spring lift seems to be happening...two homes we marketed in Castor Bay and Campbells Bay during August were sold within 30 days of listing. One was an auction, the other a priced, both had good marketing campaigns. In the office we're noticing more homes coming to the market and more buyers with approved finance looking, Pip has 5 appointments with buyers this weekend. You can find my take on the market here.
World Expo in Shanghai, China.
Our team is back from China, after taking $800 million of property to Expo. This has caused a little controversy, but our job is to sell property and get the best prices. As a result we now have three tour groups from China coming to look at North Shore property. Find out more here, including the TV coverage.
Right now we are marketing two properties that went to
China, a Milford beachfront property, and a lifestyle in Dairy Flat. Muritai Road has some interest at $5.45million.

We have just received instructions to sell 65b Park Rise, Campbells Bay, by auction. This is a lovely family home with pool, and a large open plan living area, only minutes to the park and beach. I'll let you know more next week!
