How is it already mid-July?  Summer's flying by, and there less than 3 weeks until the big ride.  Yikes! 

I've been on my bike regularly, getting at least one or two rides in per week.  I'm not nearly as strong as I was last year and I'm finding it much more challenging - but that just makes it more important, right? 

Team Hale & Heart's fund raising efforts are going well - we're in 4th place overall.  Not bad for a small team!  We still have a long way to go. Personally I'm only at about 40% of my goal.  I greatly appreciate any support you give!

About the Ride
The ride is a 60km "Senic" tour of Vancouver, happening on Sunday August 8th.  This is my second year doing this great ride with team Hale & Hearty.  Last year, we were very successful in raising funds to help fight MS.  With your help, this year will be equally successful.
