MapPoint 2010 Features Display Customization
 
MapPoint 2010 is now available for users of PCensus for MapPoint or PCensus for MapInfo.  New Features in MapPoint 2010:
  • Updated street maps for North America
  • Layer access control in the map display settings. 
The new map display settings let users turn on and off layers to reduce visible clutter in maps created with PCensus.

Stay Up-to-Date with the PCensus v9.10 Update

For PCensus v9 users, the free v9.10 update is now available through the auto-update function of PCensus.  Because of functional changes in MapPoint 2010, PCensus must be updated to v9.10 prior to installation of MapPoint 2010. 

To download this update, start up PCensus and select Check for Updates from the PCensus Help menu.

New features:
  • SiteScan can be restricted to selected map regions for quicker and more targeted SiteScan calculations. (see image below)
 
  • Selections in the Print Report dialog are retained between projects to avoid repetitive selection of demographic categories.
