Help for Speakers Tip of the Week
When the Writing gets tough:  Part 2

When you're trying to write, and you're stuck for inspiration, or have a problem you're working on that just isn't solving itself, then often the best thing to do is to head out for a walk.

It forces you to get moving, and there's something about the flow of moving images that helps unlock the flow of ideas too.

At the very least, you'll get some fresh air and oxygenate the brain.  The key thing is to get into a rhythm and let your mind wander.  You'll be surprised at what comes to you.

And if you're writing a speech, coming back to the office and talking it through with a colleague will help you find the words to communicate.
