We received a tremendous response when we switched to a multigrain bread for our salads. While the responses varied greatly between positive and negative, across the board we learned that our customers have very strong opinions about which bread we should be using. We found that our many of our most health conscious customers often opt-out of bread with their salad, but the majority of respondents to our vote agreed that our Pizza Bianca bread was the best option.
After reading almost 700 comments from respondents of The Great Bread Vote, we have decided that effecitve immediately, we are switching back to our original Sullivan Street Bakery Pizza Bianca Bread. We know that there will be strong opinions about our decision regardless of which bread we choose, but we hope you understand that we truly took our customers opinions into account when deciding to switch back. We are working on some very exciting menu updates that will take effect in the next few months, and we will continue to take customer feedback into account with all future changes we make.
