Dear Exhibitors,

Thank you for your sponsorship of the Latino Medical Student Association’s 5^th Annual National Conference. This is our first independent national conference under our new name, the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA).  I wanted to share with you some details about the upcoming exhibitor fair.

1. Exhibit Venue Address and Hotel Deadline Extended - The exhibit fair will be on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm CST at the UIC Forum. The UIC Forum is located at  725 W Roosevelt Rd. (MC 126), Chicago, IL 60608 View Google Map. A free shuttle is available from the Marriott / Medical District to the UIC Forum. The deadline to reserve a hotel at the discounted rate has been extended to February 16, 2010. Please mention LMSA at time of reservation.
   
2. Setup and Break Down / Special Requests - The exhibit tables will be setup in Main Hall A. Setup and break down times are from 11:00 am -1:00pm and 4:00pm – 6:00pm, respectively. Each table will have two chairs. If you require power supply please let us know as soon as possible. If you would like wireless internet connection please let us know.
3. Booth Assignments / Floor Plans - Table assignments and floor plan are located at our website (Click here ->PDF format)
4. Required Registration - As a reminder, all exhibitors are required to register online for ID badges for access to event meals and activities. Registration is free for two representatives for each exhibit table.
5. Networking Reception - Friday Night Networking Reception: 6-8pm CST, Friday, March 5, 2010. All registered exhibitors and speakers are invited to our Friday evening networking reception at the National Museum of Mexican Art. Dr. Elena Rios, president of the NHMA, will be delivering remarks. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. The gallery will also be open for viewing. 6. Payment Reminder - If you have not yet submitted payment please try to do so before February 15, 2010. A check (see page 3) or online paypal payment can be accepted. If your program is not listed or assigned a table number we have not confirmed your exhibit table. Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm.
