Sometimes people forget just how much exercise and athleticism goes into our sport. However, the truth is, we practice 4-6 times a week, and that doesn’t include the times you find us in the gym. So we’re happy to be supporters of
World Fitness Day!
Join us and actress, author, philanthropist, and fitness icon Jane Fonda as she launches
World Fitness Day on Saturday, May 1. Thousands will join Fonda in Atlanta to promote good health, including fitness and health experts Richard Simmons, Billy Blanks, Denise Austin, dancer/director/choreographer Debbie Allen, and Dr. Sanjay Gupta. Ludacris and The Pointer Sisters will be performing following the workout.
In a recent interview, Fonda said of
World Fitness Day: “Not only will it be a tremendous amount of fun and a spectacular celebration of good health, it is an amazing opportunity for Atlanta, Georgia, and the nation to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit of our young people."
We’ll be there first thing in the morning at the Georgia Dome. You can catch us at our expo table or working out with the best of them. For more information or to register to participate, click
