This month we have added a lot of exciting new products to our website, some completely new as well as new items to existing ranges.
We have also become proud members of the ornamental aquatic trade association which upholds aquatic codes of conduct across the united kingdom aquatic trade.
Recently you will be pleased to know we switched our website delivery prices to completely free so now when you are purchasing an item you can be sure the price you see is the actual price at the checkout (free delivery and vat is already included).
Protein Skimmers
Our new protein skimmer range is made up of two distinct varietys. The first is designed for use externally with in an aquarium fish tank sump and the second is an external hang on type that allows you to conveniently hang the skimmer on the side of your tank.
Each type of skimmer is available with or without exit pipe sponge filtration and also in a small and large size.
All of our skimmer models come with venturi needle wheel pumps included. A 1400 and 1850 litre per hour pump is included with the smaller and larger model skimmers respectively.
Protein skimmer are used mostly in saltwater marine aquariums and remove organic compounds from the water before they break down into nitrogenous waste. Protein skimming is the only form of aquarium filtration that physically removes organic compounds before they begin to decompose, lightening the load on your biological filter and improving the waters redox potential.

Accessory range improved
 
We are now selling a much improved accessory range including a larger range of ceramic air stones that are not just available in more sizes but are of a much greater build quality.
Also we now stock metal air control valve manifolds with either 8 or 10 connection points which are great for use with either our pond pumps or even your existing pond pump.
Our airpump airline is also now available in a 8mm variety to go alongside the 6mm version we have been selling originally.
Coming next month...
Next month we will be introducing some very exciting new aquarium tanks to our website. The most exciting is an open top aquarium that will be fully customisable with our lighting as well as our external filter range so you can get everything you need in once place.
We will also be introducing two aquarium tanks that come with sumps built in which we shall be posting more photos of on our website as and when we get them.
On top of this we are stocking up on the smaller sizes of all our column aquarium fish tanks as we have had so much interest in these over the last few months.

Intermittent controllable Wavemaker
These Wavemakers are designed to offer you a solution to set your powerheads to come on intermittently so as they dont just push the water against each other and hence lose a lot of their current in the process.
This means you are able to produce a more realistic current coming either from each side of the tank or if you wish just from separate angles from one side of your fish tank.

External Filter Range expanded
To add to our range of external filters we are now selling the 1400 and 2000 Litre per Hour models with out the UV function giving our customers more choice when purchasing a filter.
