Rents and Home Prices Fall back to September Levels
Despite recent reports by the media that rental and home prices have increased, our team have found a different underlying trend. While most media reports use last done (historical) transactions as their guide for current market prices, AllAgents uses current prices to paint a clearer picture of the true market today. Our numbers show in Issue 7 of the AllAgents Report for Dubai that prices have fallen back to September levels for both rentals and sales, and not increased as most agents and media think. Prices in the report are sourced from all available public listings and also from agencies and owners directly, and reflects in a transparent fashion the real price of real estate in Dubai.
