Salvation Army distributing backpacks in two giveaways;See 100 boxes of food collected by Dublin Eagle Scout delivered to Columbus food pantry

• Tues. Aug. 4, 11 a.m. 100 boxes of food (4,000 items!) hand-collected by a Dublin student for his Eagle Scout project will be delivered to the food pantry at 966 East Main Street.
  
• Wed. Aug. 5, 11:30 a.m. Tween Brands presents backpacks to kids in free Salvation Army summer camp (Delaware area)
  
• Sat. Aug. 8, noon  Backpacks donated by Huntington, with supplies from Meijer, presented to neighborhood children on the Hilltop at a community hot dog roast.
