AAF-SWFL RECOGNIZES JHANNA TUCKER WITH PRESTIGIOUS SILVER MEDAL AWARD

 July 15, 2010 -- Fort Myers, Fla. The Southwest Florida chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF-SWFL) has awarded Jhanna Tucker with the AAF Silver Medal. She received the honor as part of a special award celebration hosted by AAF-SWFL on July 14th. 

The AAF Silver Medal Award is the highest honor that the Chapter can bestow on one of its members; it exists to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and who have been active in furthering the industry's standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern.

"Jhanna has shown leadership ability in a broad range of situations that occur in our marketplace, both in her position as sales manager and in the various roles she has served within the Southwest Florida Chapter of the AAF over many years," explained AAF-SWFL Silver Medal Committee Chair Greg Weichert. "Jhanna not only met all the criteria for the Silver Medal, but exceeded them. Her in-depth marketing knowledge and use of local research makes her a valuable resource for customers and peers alike."

For the past decade, Jhanna Tucker has been employed by Carter-Pritchett Advertising. Prior to that, she worked for industry employers WINK-TV, Mature Lifestyles Magazine and Gulfshore Life Magazine. She has been a member of AAF-SWFL for seventeen years.
