As you will have gathered from last weeks message Warren is taking a short but well earned rest with his family. However that dosn't mean the committee aren't still at work while he is away, so to avoid a lull in communication I’m taking the helm for a second time to update you all!

Events

We have currently got 3 major events on the calendar:

The Other Way Round: 25^th September - A counter clockwise trip of the M25 starting from South Mimms Service station. This should be a tremendous day out and is a sequel to the 'Long Way Round' which had thousands of riders in attendance! Full details can be viewed here.

The North Circular Run: 4^th September - A marshalled run from the Ace Café round the North Circular before returning to the heart of London. This event has been put on primarily for those with motorway prohibited machines in mind - however all are welcome! Full details including route map available here.

Our first demo on the continent: October, exact date to be finalised – We are going to take a little NTBPT muscle to Brussels and find out just what the EU has to say about the questionable practices being perpetrated by Colin Barrow, Peter Large, Alastair Gilchrist, Mike More & the parking Dept. at Westminster. This looks to be an historic ride-out as we team up with FFMC and other European groups for a truly awesome display of biking solidarity!

Can you help?

Following Warrens last message we received an email from a reader who is very familiar with the process we are looking to undertake at the EU Commissioners office. Their guidance now means that we are far better prepared than we could ever have hoped for.

Which got us wondering, perhaps there are more of you out there reading this who have looked at something we have planned and thought “I could help them make that even better” - if that sounds like you, please do get in touch here!
