Week in view: The good, the glad, and the unlucky edition

We get to meet so many quirky people. Allow me to introduce you to three. First the good: A Fort Worth woman very well might be one of the most frequent visitors to the Amazon, where she takes toothbrushes and shoes to jungle children she's come to love.

The glad (or should we say "mad?"): A really happy guy in East Dallas parks himself on the corner of busy streets, singing and playing air guitar just cuz it makes him feel good.

And the unlucky: One of our Dallas divas wanted a car for a graduation gift. Instead, she got a photograph of her mom naked, covered in body paint, and posed in front of angel wings.

Never a dull moment.
