Jools was born with comedy juices running down his inner thigh and over the last couple of years has taken the comedy scene by storm. This former Vicar has an ego the size of Norfolk and the bravery of a small terrier. As semi finalist in the 2007 BBC 'Funny Business' competition, (televised BBC Jan 2008,) there is clearly a big, bright and mirthful future Jools whose career is progressing very quickly. This progress is thanks to his unique style, excellent stagecraft and warm rapport with his audience. He is fluid, energetic and engaging.

Before becoming a comedian Rhod qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a property entrepreneur in Eastern Europe. From 1990 to 2002 he lived in Prague enjoying business success and the unique hedonistic social life of that interesting era! His skill in performing developed during these years when he lectured on property, hosted and compéred at regular business, diplomatic and charity events and went on to perform alongside established visiting British comedians. Encouraged by these performers, and with a hat full of plundered east European gold, he moved back to London to pursue a comedy career.
