2010 is here! As the debate rages over whether or not this is the first year of the new decade or we are still in the last decade life goes on at Spokane Valley Screen Printing. It is good to know that t-shirts are as timeless as a good debate and enterprising entrepreneurs will continue to use or products to promote their goods and services. This months issue highlights our friends at the Mica Game Company.

The Mica Game Company was formed recently in Spokane to manufacture the board game Antagonist^TM. Antagonist will debut at GameCon – a game convention at Gonzaga University, January 15-17. Bob Martin and Paul Humphreys (the founders of Mica Game Company) have been working on Antagonist since the early 1990s. This medieval war game features a large roll-out game board and 3D game pieces - mountains, rivers, villages, towers and fortresses. The players use these game pieces to create a unique geography before each game begins. Antagonist includes marauding warriors, changing seasons, burning villages, and limitless strategies. Chuck, Pat, and Susan at SVSP made and screen-printed the large canvas bags used for outer packaging. The bags look great, and SVSP did a super job.
