Friends & Rebakers,
As art is evidently seasonal, Rebakery is seizing this mid-autumn moment to draw your eyes to some new improvements and of course hot traxxx.
The site's official launch in summer kicked off a flurry of activity, including two new collaborations from the launch party alone (during and after) among a slew of mixes and new tracks, a number of which from first-time contributors. Two new mixes of off-site material are begging for further derivation: bachelormachines' diamond records, a tight & timely MJ megamix, and the cumbia riddims of Pasternak's mix of Soloina.
As improvements go, the site is now playing nicer with the internet at large with a glossy new look & feel (including a proper logo, seen above), plus hooks into Facebook and Twitter for those of you who swing that way. So meet up on those 3rd party sites for a totalwebexperience.
Just one new feature of note: you can now give kudos to tracks that strike your ear, on their pages. Returning users, pls take a minute to scan the back catalog and give retroactive kudos to old favorites! These kudos scores may be used in the future to let the stand-out work trickle up to more prominent positions. (More on that later.)
