Exercise Your FaithHi <<First Name>>, One of the benefits I enjoy from a good workout is feeling sore muscles. Last week I did a pretty strenuous workout with my friend and couldn't lift my arms above my shoulders for a couple of days. Any time I laughed I remembered all those crunches we did.
I'm working out because, in addition to other health benefits, I want to be a stronger person. I want to be strong enough one day to run in a race and climb a mountain (even though I have a fear of heights). But it takes work. And it requires discipline and going beyond what's easy for my body.
The same thing is true of faith. If I want my faith to grow, I'm going to have to exercise it and take it beyond what's comfortable for me. It may be painful at times. It may seem that God is demanding more of me than I think I can give. But if God never asks me to go farther, to believe for more, how can I grow and get stronger?
Is God asking you to do some really difficult thing? Are there painful circumstances in your life that seem to be beyond your ability to bear? Maybe God is taking you on a spiritual workout so you can climb the next mountain and run the next race. Your faith muscles might get sore, but you'll be a stronger person because of it.

"Voyage of the Dawn Treader" in Production in AustraliaThe Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the third epic of the Chronicles of Narnia series based on the bestselling books by C.S. Lews, began principal photography on location in Queensland, Australia, on Monday, July 27. The production is scheduled to run through November 2009, with post-production taking another year. The projected global theatrical release is set for December 2010.

Like almost all of the VeggieTales adventures, The Search for Noah's Umbrella includes many of our favorite vegetables (enough to get your daily recommended allowance) and lots of references to pop culture and movies. It's also educational for kids (and adults) and lots of fun along the way.
 We're treated to a new "Silly Song" by Larry (you can never have too many of them), and plenty of action scenes reminiscent of the Indiana Jones franchise. Watch for secret passageways and Indiana Jones-like puzzles that must be solved either to get someone out of danger or to escape the bad guys.
