An Evening of Irish Music Tuesday, March 9th, 7:00 pm Library Meeting Room
Enjoy some traditional Irish music with the brother and sister duet, Brennan and Erin Brooker. They have both represented the United States in solo, duet and group competition and have won medals at the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in Ireland, the Mid-West Fleadh Cheoil in St. Louis and the Mid-Atlantic Fleadh Cheoil in New York among other competitions. They have been showcased at several Irish and Scottish festivals, and can often be heard at the local Irish pubs in the greater St. Louis and Metro East area.
Children's Programs
Lewis 'n' Wonderland Saturday, March 6th, 2:00 pm (Grades 3 and up) Library Meeting Room
R.J. Carter, author of Alice's Journey Beyond the Moon, will present "Lewis 'n' Wonderland" an informal discussion on Lewis Carroll and his most famous work, Alice in Wonderland.
Sled Dog Program Saturday, March 27th, 2:00 pm (Grades 2 & up) Library Meeting Room
We might be thinking about a spring-thaw but in Alaska, mushers are ready to begin the Iditarod, one of the best known dog sled races in the world. Sled racer, Matt Bergheger will talk about the feeding, training and racing of sled dogs. At the conclusion of the program the audience will get to greet his dog team!

Teen Programs
Gaming Day Monday, March 1st, 12:00-6:00 pm Library Meeting Room
Come to the library for a gaming day featuring the Wii, board games, and card games. Refreshments will be provided.
Twilight Saga Parts 1&2 Saturday, March 20th, 4:00-8:30 pm Library Meeting Room
Come to the library for a showing of Twilight and New Moon after hours. New Moon is set to be released on March 20th and the library will show it in HD. The evening will start out with Twilight in HD at 4:00 followed by pizza, drinks, and New Moon.

Book Discussion Group The Return of the Native, by Thomas Hardy is the book club pick for March 22nd.The book discussion group meets the 4th Monday of each month (except December) at 7:00 pm in the small conference room. new members are always welcome.
