Staying Cool... Efficiently:
Staying cool during the summer can be tricky and expensive. Below are some small starter items you can do to keep the energy bills down and stay cool without the air conditioning being on all the time. - Open windows at night to allow cool air in
- Provide shades on south facing windows
- Use fans in occupied rooms
- Iinstall ceiling fans where feasable
- Turn off computers and TVs
- Minimize appliance use during the day
Employing these approaches will hopefully help reduce your cooling expenses. For additional information, see the Useful Resources links below.
Groundbreaking:

Congratulations to the Seibert Family for a momentous groundbreaking. Located in Rancho Bernardo, this fire recovery home has been greatly awaiting the kick-start. In today's times, we must all applaud new construction. A single home's construction can employ hundreds of people and touches thousands indirectly. The construction shall be managed by Tarlton Enterprises and we look forward to watching this beauty emerge from the ashes.
Giving Back:
We strive to give back to our community in many ways. Further following in his father's footsteps, Allan has taken on the duty of coaching his daughter's soccer team. Being one that cannot sit still in the stands, Allan has really enjoyed the coaching role. Sometimes challenging, but always fulfilling... there is nothing better than seeing growth and happiness in our children.
eco Advice: Which direction should a ceiling fan turn? During the summer the fan should run counter clockwise (as you look up at it). During the winter, clockwise at a low speed. To make sure it is set properly, you should feel a breeze on the summer setting.
