Teta Architecture Inc.

Running Strong since 2006:

Established in March 2006, Teta Architecture Inc. is enjoying a great ride.  Originally founded in 1967 as Amato Teta, Architect, Teta Architecture Inc. continues to reinvent and find success.
Amato Teta maintains his deep desire for the profession...and recently celebrated his 80th birthday.  Congratulations!!

Improved Atmosphere:

We see signs that the economic climate is improving.  April 2010 proved to be a record setting month for Teta Architecture, with the commission of four new projects.  We feel that Teta Architecture is positioned well to grow in the coming years.  Many factors will help us forward:  minimized overhead, efficient work-flow, great service and innovative design, a well respected brand,  and a great deal of perseverance.  We also cannot forget the importance of our network of clients, colleagues, contractors, real estate agents and friends.  Thank you for your continued support.

Harnessing the Web:

The web is a powerful tool, that can assist in productivity, communication and client interaction.  Teta Architecture has always utilized the web as another tool at our disposal.  Currently we use many "cloud" services from email to invoicing.  One in particular provides us with an on-line project workspace:  a home for the entire design team to communicate, plan and schedule.  This workspace keeps the task of project management efficient and interactive.  Another aspect is Social Networking, allowing businesses to promote their brand and attract new clientele.
Teta Architecture recognizes the importance of these marketing tools and actively engages our audience.  Please take a moment to peruse.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa:

June 2010 brings us the enjoyment of World Cup Soccer.  This event happens every four years, and this year is held in South Africa.  The World Cup brings with it the opportunity to catch some amazing soccer and learn more about the hosting country.  Located on the southern tip of the African continent, South Africa is a very well developed country with some great architecture.  Although not considered a front-runner, the US Men's National Team will do very well and surprise.  To victory!!

Giving Back:

At Teta Architecture, we believe that helping others is the only way to prosper.  This quarter we have been re-engaged by the Buena Vista Audubon Society for help on their renovation.  We are keeping our fingers crossed that their grant comes through and their new Viewing Terrace is realized.
Teta Architecture has also been approached by Ivey Ranch Elementary School to facilitate the installation of a new canopy structure.  We look forward to providing any assistance we can to help out the school and children.

Sustainability:

Our hearts go out to the Gulf Coast states following the horrific oil disaster.  Having family, friends and clients living near the water's edge, we have a particular interest in what the oil disaster is bringing to the area.  Teta Architecture finds this to be another reason to break ourselves from oil dependency.  Through alternative energies and conservation, the United States can reduce the potential for these tragic events and remove our need for international oil.  It is in our national interest to take a different approach.

eco Advice:  With the summer months ahead of us, walking is a fantastic way to reduce our use of vehicles, thus less oil use, and get some exercise as a side benefit.

On the Boards:

This Coastal Beauty typifies the "funky" environment of Leucadia.  We are very excited to work with a fantastic client to fully transform this home into a Tropical Retreat.

Project Spotlight::

Moving along nicely, the Pacific Station in Encinitas is now fully framed. Designed while at Allard Jansen & Associates, Allan Teta is very proud of his leading design efforts for this transformational project.
