If you've visited our site in the past 24 hours, you may have noticed that we're currently experiencing some technical difficulties.
As of about 7pm last night, due to an error with our web host, the Teacher’s Pet server was accidentally deleted. We’re working on restoring the latest information, but over the next day you may notice a few odd things going on with our site as we bring various parts back online. As of now, you can safely and securely place orders and we’ll still quickly get things shipped right out to you.
If you’re ordering digital products, we’re working hard right now to bring them back online. If you’re ordering new digital products or have ordered them recently, rest assured that none of your products will go missing. If you need immediate access to any of the digital content that you subscribe to, give us a call at 800-932-4593 or e-mail us at info@tpet.com, and we’ll make sure to get you what you need. If you can wait 24-48 hours, we should have everything back online.
I’d like to personally apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you during the busy return to your classrooms. I know this is a hectic time for many of you and exactly the wrong time for this to happen. We’re hard at work fixing this problem.
If you have placed an order on August 11th, please call (800)-932-4593 or email info@tpet.com to confirm that your order has been received and processed. Most orders should be booked in our system and shipped out, but orders that were received shortly before the server crash may be missing.
Again, I’m extremely sorry for any inconvenience that this may be causing you, and we’ll let you know as soon as everything has been corrected.
