It is my pleasure to inform you that I am campaigning for a District Court Judge seat in Mecklenburg County. The general election is November 2, 2010.

I have been a licensed attorney for more than six years. During this time, I have litigated an outstanding number of cases and learned a great deal about the needs of our community. I am seeking this position because I care greatly about maintaining fairness and integrity in the court system. Furthermore, I believe I have the temperament, energy, and experience to be an effective judge.

Early voting begins in one month. With the election right around the corner, I will need your support to market my candidacy through fliers, brochures, yard signs, and word-of-mouth. Additionally, I can obtain billboards and place radio and television ads. 

I am asking that you contribute financially to obtain the advertising needed for a successful campaign. Contributions can range from $25 to $1000. Please include the name of your employer if you contribute more than $50. This information is required by the North Carolina campaign finance laws.
