Interra Credit Union has a base of loyal members who give out for free what many companies value most: rhapsodizing "word of mouth" advertising. At least that's what we had heard on the street. The problem? How to bottle, package, and deliver the enthusiastic stories of these proud members to a broader audience. Our solution features six members in unique, individual video stories, and then weaves the best, thematic soundbites from members into a 3-5 minute video, called "My Credit Union."
