Down here at Astounding Adventures HQ we've been watching as the nights gradually draw closer and, with the imminent end of British Summer Time, thoughts have been turning to the winter months.

Our big news this month is our new partnership with Exposure Lights. We'll be running guided night rides in The Surrey Hills over the Autumn and Winter where our customers will be given the chance to test out the new 2011 range of Exposure lights. We'll also be selling their full range of lights if you fancy a lumens upgrade this year.

New | Guided Night Rides

Be one of the first to try the superb new 2011 Exposure light range in The Surrey Hills

Starting at the end of October we will offering some brand new guided night rides in association with Exposure Lights. The new fortnightly rides will take place in The Surrey Hills and will give you the opportunity to try the new 2011 range of Exposure off-road lights.

The rides cost £25 per person, but this is refunded from the cost of a new Exposure light if you choose to buy it from us.

New Venue | Yearsley Forest

We are delighted to announce a new venue in our mountain bike course programme. Yearsley Forest, in the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors, is a superb new location to learn mountain bike skills.

Initially we're running a course day every month for our Northern friends. Course include Fundamentals, Singletrack Skills and guided rides around the forest.

Event | An Evening with Nick Gracie

Astounding Adventures Adventure Race Skills Coach Nick Gracie is the current Adventure Racing World Champion and will be sharing his wealth of experience at a inspirational talk organised by OMM in London on the 19th of October.

Topics included will include what to wear, what to eat, how to prepare and how to race.
