We quickly sold out, but we’re presently producing more, so if you have been waiting for yours to arrive, I apologize for the delay. If you would like a Greetings mat of your own, order now to assure you get one from the next batch.


We’ve also put Stephen’s popular t-shirts and mugs back online, including a new t-shirt for all you Boston Terrier lovers, “My World is Black and White” and “No Dogmas Allowed,” inspired by Stephen’s Dog Chapel sign.
     
We plan to expand our clothing line both in the styles offered and the images available (stay tuned Golden Retriever lovers!) We’d love to do a little market research and hear what types of clothing and favorite images you would like to see us carry. We will be bringing back our popular fleece line and hooded sweatshirts as fall approaches.

Another great item I am very excited about is our new customized versions of two large giclee prints, “Home Sweet Home” and “Home Sweet Home II.”





For a short time only, we will customize the large giclee’s banner absolutely FREE with your name or whatever you would like the banner to say up to 20 characters. What a great house warming, wedding or birthday gift for the dog lovers in your life (including yourself, of course)!

All you need to do to customize your “Home Sweet Home” large giclee, is to order the print online and in the comments field at check out, type in what you would have your banner say up to 20 characters. I finally have got up the courage to start sorting through Stephen’s studio, with close to 30 years of artwork. I am continuously amazed at how talented, prolific and creative he was. I keep finding artworks that I had forgotten Stephen even made. Seeing them again brings back happy memories of all the joy making art brought him and all the joy his work had brought others.


Going through Stephen’s studio, it is obvious to me that the fun for him was in the creating, not the selling, but sell we must to keep Dog Mountain open and free to the public to enjoy. We plan to introduce to you “new” old creations from Stephen each week as we add them to our website.

As you know, keeping the Dog Chapel going and the awareness of Stephen’s artwork has become my mission in life. I feel fortunate to have shared my life with such an amazing, generous, insightful, not to mention funny man and artist.


We will be celebrating Stephen’s life and work at this year’s Fall Festival at Dog Mountain, Sunday, October 10^th from 12pm to 4pm. We always had a birthday cake for Stephen, as his birthday fell on or near the date of our fall party. This year will be no exception. We will have a special cake for a special guy.
