Featured Event: Cellar Sell-Out - Wine Tasting Every Thursday
By popular demand, The Old Town Bistro has resumed our weekly Thursday evening wine tastings.  But this time there is a fun twist - we do them blind! 

Each week the tasting includes three white wines and three red wines.  One by one, from bottles hidden in purple velour, each participant is served the mystery wines and asked to log their opinions; such as what flavors are most prominent on your palate? Is the texture thick, medium, or thin?  Is the presence bold or mild, juicy or dry, smooth or surprising?  Or any other reactions you may have.   An easy to use form is provided, allowing you to rate the wine on a 1 to 10 scale of "eh to mm!"  Appetizers are included and the cost is just $20 per person. 

Come enjoy a unique wine tasting experience and help us refine our offerings... all at a reasonable price!  Whether you show up on a whim, or call ahead and make a reservation, we cordially invite you to join us for wine tasting every Thursday from 6-9pm.



Special Seasoning - A note from Chef Tomas
One thing I appreciate even more than good food, is good food paired with good wine.  Try pairing the Ahi Tuna Salad with a Chardonnay, or the Roasty Beefy with a Cabernet Sauvignon - you may discover you enjoy them even more!

General Admission - A note from GM Stephanie 
If you can't make it to our wine tasting, don't forget - Happy Hour is from 6-9pm daily, and our house wines are just $5 per glass.  Furthermore, we now offer wine retail by the bottle; once you've found your new favorite accompaniment, you can purchase a bottle to enjoy at home!

Owning Up - A note from the Owners
We've added some of our favorite wines to the "Clear-Out" List - there are now 5 wines available at just $16 per bottle.  Come visit the Bistro to see which ones they are... and keep checking in - we may keep them rotating!
