Are you Besotted by books?
Hello again. How’s life? Good, I hope.
I’ve recently written a short story called Besotted, for an experimental project with my publishers Penguin. Their team of boffins are going to adapt this tale using all sorts of clever technologies so that people can engage, interact and experience Besotted in new and exciting ways above and beyond reading it from a page. Like all good science projects they need some first class assistants to make their dreams come true, and this is where you come in!

The project requires loads of photos and illustrations of my Besotted characters, Lydia and Ben, so Penguin are looking for volunteers to be photographed to help depict the story. Think of those photo comic strips from Jackie magazine that you may have read as a teenager, only way cooler and you kind of get the idea. Shooting these pictures would take up a few hours of your time and would almost certainly involve drinking champagne in a posh hotel as well, make up and fab clothes are also likely to be in the mix! Ideally they’re looking for couples to play these parts, or at least good friends who can work well together!
