The Helplines Association Digital Exchange
NCVO

Project Manager, NCVO Helpdesk

Background

NCVO, the membership organisation for the voluntary sector in England, is looking to deliver its member helpdesk in an alternative format: moving away from a telephone helpdesk, to an online help solution.

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to review our current helpdesk model, suggesting alternative models for delivering our helpdesk which make best use of online technologies and achieve cost and efficiency savings. The PM will then need to implement the final solution by 31 March 2011.

The assignment
We would like the PM to:
  • Review our current helpdesk model
  • Suggest alternative models of delivering our helpdesk
  • Carry out a detailed risk analysis
  • Once agreed, to then implement the new helpdesk service
