Welcome to our first PDX Doodle Meetup schedule! Thank you for joining the mailing list and I hope to meet you at the park!

Gabriel Park


SW 45th Ave & Vermont St

Portland, OR

When: November, 21st - This Sat. starting at 11am til 1pm

You don't have to be on time or stay the whole time just show up if you can. We'll be there.


Amenities:
Includes baseball field, basketball court, disabled access picnic area, disabled access play area, disabled access restroom, dog off-leash area, paths – paved, paths – unpaved, picnic site – reservable, picnic tables, playground, skatepark, soccer field, softball field, tennis court – lighted, and volleyball court.

I figured there's something for everyone there. We can either take walks together on leash or you can take them into the off-leash area. Or we can do both or whatever we can figure it out when we get there. There truly is something for every one at Gabriel Park. I hope you show up!!

I'll be the one with two fluffy Doodle puppies and I'll wait close to the park entrance. I have red hair and my name is Barbara and I'll probably be with my husband and my daughter.

(these should be unspoken rules but you just never know)

  1. All dogs must have a current vaccinations. All dogs over the age of six months shall have a current rabies vaccination.
  2. Handlers must clean up after their dogs. Pick up poop--always, everywhere!
  3. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting the off-leash dog area.
  4. Dogs must be under control and in view of their handler at all times.
  5. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. The handler of any dog exhibiting aggressive or unruly behavior is required to immediately remove the offending animal.
  6. Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by the dog(s) under their control.
  7. DO NOT Tease, tantalize or provoke any animal with the intent to cause fear, anger or cause injury to the animal.
