Crafters' Weekend 2010, Friday, March 12 6:00 pm to Sunday March 14 4:00 pm. Spend the weekend quilting, scrapbooking or working on whatever craft you're into. The cost $100.00 and includes coffee, tea, lemonade and some snacks and supper on Saturday. Each participant will have their own eight foot table to work on There will be irons set up for your convenience. Level: Intermediate Trudy's jacket is built on a cozy fleece sweatshirt and it will be warm as well as fashionable. Trudy will show you how to take your sweatshirt apart, sew your fabrics on top and then put it back together. Choose coordinates or make one to celebrate a season - Christmas, Halloween, whatever. Level: Confident Beginner & up This quilt top is foundation pieced on fabric so you will learn about foundation (paper) piecing without having to rip the paper out. The panel has 12 blocks printed on it and you can make it scrappy or colour controlled . 12 blocks will make you a nice crib quilt or table topper, make as many as you like to get the size you want.
