I hope that those of you who were trapped in Milan are recovered from the 'get home' races by now.  This May newsletter from Tomoko Azumi and t.n.a. Pecha Kucha Night, London

Introduction to Technology Days at Metropolitan Works

19 May 2010, 1pm at Metropolitan Works, London.  Tomoko is a guest speaker on how she uses advanced digital techologies in her works include ISOS collection trade fair stands.

Clerkenwell Design Week

25 to 27 May 2010, London.  At the first event of the Clerkenwell Design Week, our client MARK is showing Spin Tables in new colours in the main building of the event.  MARK is a manufacturer from Cornwall, set up for revitalising their local factories.

Design Symposium 'New Regionalism in Japan and Europe'

22 May 2010, Basel, co-held by Vitra Design Museum, Japanese-German Centre Berlin and The Japan Foundation.  Tomoko will be a part of discussion on 'New Regionalism in Industrial Design'.  Other panelists are; Fritz Frenkler (Germany), James Irvine (Italy/UK), Hiroshi Kawasaki (Japan), Makoto Koizumi (Japan), Jacqueine Otten (Switzerland) and Taku Sato (Japan).

Launch of  a clock for Lemnos

2 to 4 June 2010, at BigSight in Tokyo. At Interior Life Style show, our new product is launched by Lemnos (Japan).  We tried to translate patterns from nature into objects for everyday, applying the traditional technology of Aluminium casting in Takaoka, Toyama, where our client is located.
