Tyree Industries Pty. Ltd. Expands Production with the Purchase of a Transformer Core Annealing System
Tyree Industries, Pty, Ltd. has placed an order for a Roller Hearth furnace line to be installed at their Mittagong, NSW, Australia plant. The furnace is designed to process wound transformer cores on a continuous basis. http://www.secowarwick.com/pressrel/tyreeaustralia.pdf 30 Meter (98 foot) Vacuum Furnace for Nuclear Components A European Manufacturer has purchased a 90 foot long (30 meter) front loading Vacuum Furnace to process components used for nuclear power generation. The model 2.0VP-4032/1182HVS is an advanced cold wall vacuum furnace with a gas quenching system designed specifically for the special process specifications. The furnace is designed according to nuclear standards and will comply with CE mark requirements. The scope of the project includes design, manufacturing, testing, delivery, erection, installation, commissioning, final test and training at Purchaser’s site.
Additional Pit Furnaces for Wind Power Gears in Spain Pit furnaces 3 and 4 have been installed along with an additional atmosphere generator at a Spanish manufacturer of gears for wind power plants. Each furnace has a useful work area of 1800 mm (5 ft 9 in) diameter x 3000 mm (9 ft 8 in) high with a nominal operating temperature of 1000 deg C (1800 Deg F).
